Rick Grand
Class A PGA Professional
Rick Grand is a dedicated Class A PGA professional with a wealth of experience in the golf industry. A proud member of the University of Minnesota golf team from 1989 to 1993, Rick has been influencing the golf scene for over 30 years.
His journey in the golf industry includes noteworthy stints at renowned establishments like La Quinta Resort and Club, Grand Cyprus Resort, Rancho La Quinta Country Club, and Andalusia Country Club. Since 1995, Rick has been an integral part of Bemidji Town and Country Club, contributing his passion and expertise to enhance the golfing experience for all.
Aaron Schnathorst
Apprentice PGA Professional
Aaron Schnathorst, an Apprentice PGA Professional, joined Bemidji Town & Country Club in 2020, bringing over a decade of passionate golf experience. A proud alumnus of Bemidji State University, he was a valuable member of the BSU Men's Golf team from 2017 to 2021.
Aaron's commitment to enhancing golf experiences extends beyond BTCC, where he refined his expertise at Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ. His journey underscores a passion for delivering exceptional golfing moments and contributing to the broader golf community.
Mitchell Mackedanz
Class A PGA Professional
Mitchell Mackedanz, a devoted Class A PGA Professional, embarked on his golf journey in 2000 at Koronis Hills Golf Club in Paynesville, MN. As a Bemidji State University alum and NSIC Individual Champion in 2009, Mitchell's dedication to golf excellence is evident.
His role as Assistant Golf Professional at Bemidji Town & Country Club from 2012 to 2018 and subsequent leadership in the Junior Program since 2019 showcases his commitment to nurturing the sport's future.
Beyond BTCC, Mitchell has impacted clubs like St. Cloud Country Club and Royal Poinciana Golf Club, earning the title of Minnesota PGA Section Champion in 2016.
Sarah Dant
Class A PGA Professional
Sarah Dant, a seasoned Class A PGA Professional, boasts an impressive journey within the golfing realm. Graduating from the PGA Program at Mississippi State, she achieved her Class A PGA Professional status in 2004, marking the initiation of a distinguished career.
Her credentials extend beyond the PGA, encompassing certification as a Teaching Professional and reaching Level 2 as a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Professional. Recognized as a Golf Digest Best in State Instructor, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the golfing community.
Currently serving as a Teaching Professional at Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, FL, Sarah has previously contributed her expertise to esteemed establishments such as Belle Meade Country Club and The Golf Club of Tennessee, both located in Nashville, TN.
